According to UE-1169/2011-regulation of the CEE about the food information given to the consumer, applicable from the 13 of December 2014, any food that contains certain ingredients that could cause allergies or intolerances in consumers should be identified on the label of the end product. On the other hand, this same regulation established the need of specific training in material of handling for risk control and good hygiene practices in special dishes for celiac and allergic people and other intolerances.
